Yes. Any orders are eligible for a refund if they haven’t been completed yet. You may request a full refund from us if we fail to deliver the package. Keep in mind that SoundCloud Plays packages are only guaranteed to deliver the stated number of plays. We don’t guarantee any reposts or likes – those are covered by separate packages.

You don’t need to do anything after completing an order. Usually, delivery starts within minutes, but in cases where our system is overloaded, it may take up to 12 hours for you to see the first results. But again, in most cases, you won’t have to wait for too long to see the play count start crawling up.
